The term of
office shall ordinarily be one year. Election of officers for
the following year shall be held notlater than the last meeting
of each year.
The management
of the affairs of the Student Branch Chapter of the CPMT is in
the hands of the Executive Committee, consisting of the duly elected
officers of the Branch and the Counselor appointed by the IEEE.
The Chairman
of the Student Branch shall be Chairman of the Executive Committee.
The Executive
Committee is the governing body of the Student Branch Chapter
andtransact all business it deems advisable, including the filling
of vacancies in offices, authorization of expenditures, and so
on.
